Vashon Disposal provides Residential Garbage Service with flexible options to fit your household’s waste needs.
Standard service includes collection of one customer-provided garbage can up to 32 gallons.
Your garbage can should:
- Be no larger than 32 gallons
- Have a secure, detachable lid
- Have two handles
- Weigh 65 pounds or less when full
Cans larger than 32 gallons may be collected at the driver’s discretion and may include an additional fee.
To help residents reduce waste, we offer multiple garbage pickup options:
- 20-gallon weekly service
- 32-gallon weekly service
- 32-gallon every-other-week service
- 32-gallon once-a-month service
Contact us if you are unsure which service level is right for your household.
Trash that exceeds your selected service level may result in an additional fee.
Please label extra bags with your house number so our team can identify and collect them accurately.
Place your garbage can and recycling cart at the service location by 6:00 a.m. on your scheduled collection day.
