Online Bill Pay
Waste Connections, Inc. is pleased to offer its customers the convenience of paying their bills online.
At this time we are in the process of migrating all accounts to the Waste Connections, Inc. invoicing system. As a result, your account may not have access to all online pay options.
To determine if your account is eligible for Online Bill-Pay, both conditions below must be met:

Your account must be of the format: #### - ########### (four numeric digits, followed by a dash and up to thirteen numeric digits). See Illustration.

The Waste Connections, Inc. corporate logo must be on your monthly billing statement. See Illustration.
Please see below for the online pay option for your account:
- Waste Connections customers can sign up, view and/or pay their invoice using their bank account or Visa/MasterCard by clicking this link Online Bill-Pay.
- Customers wanting to setup for recurring payments must have a current invoice with balance due, make a 1 time payment and then choose the options to set up for recurring payments.
- Please be advised online payments may take up to 2 days to post to your refuse/recycling account. When setting up recurring payments it is advised to allow for 2 day posting delay and set your pay date accordingly. Setting pay date 2 days prior to due date will ensure payment is posted before due date and avoid late fees or service interruption.
